Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties in Chelyabinsk



We are a reputable property management company based in Chelyabinsk and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining the interior and exterior of our residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it ideal for Filipinos looking for job opportunities abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Mix, match, and apply paint to walls, ceilings, trimmings, and other surfaces
- Use various methods such as brushes, rollers, or sprays to apply paint
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect from paint spills
- Repair any damages or imperfections on walls before painting
- Ensure all areas are properly covered and protect from overspray
- Clean up all materials used after completing the job
- Communicate with Property Managers to determine color choices and scheduling of painting jobs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial properties (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of various painting techniques such as brushwork, rolling, spraying
- Familiarity with different types of paints and their application methods
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders and work at heights if needed
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge is acceptable)
- Willingness to relocate to Chelyabinsk (accommodation provided)
and obtain necessary visa sponsorship if not already residing in Russia

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
