We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will also be responsible for ensuring that surfaces are properly prepared before applying plaster and for creating smooth and even finishes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling in holes or cracks.
- Measure, cut, and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces.
- Create textured finishes using trowels or brushes.
- Smooth out rough edges or uneven spots.
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios and consistency.
- Apply different types of plaster based on project specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Clean up work area after completing the job.
