We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our network and computer systems to ensure smooth operation for all users. You will also be responsible for implementing security measures to protect our data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and upgrade network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor network performance and optimize system functionality
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Maintain backups of critical data
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Identify areas for improvement in the network infrastructure
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CCNA or MCSA/MCSE
- Experience with Linux operating systems
-Solid understanding of IT security principles
-Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
-Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)

Salary: 1700$ per month.
