Network and Systems Administrator
We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the computer network infrastructure of our company. Your main duties will include installing, configuring, and updating network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation
- Implementing security measures to protect the company's data
- Conducting regular backups of network data
- Managing user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Ensuring the integrity of the network by performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates and patches
- Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Providing technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Proficient in server administration (Windows Server or Linux)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
