We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and function properly. Your main duties will include conducting manual and automated tests, identifying bugs and issues, and collaborating with the development team to resolve them.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a QA Tester, strong technical skills, and an eye for detail. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and issues
- Document test results and communicate them to the development team
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Identify areas for improvement in the testing process
- Stay updated on industry best practices for software testing

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. We offer opportunities for growth within our company as well as a dynamic work culture.
