Preservation Architect



As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of Ufa. Your primary role will be to assess the condition of these structures, develop preservation plans, and oversee restoration projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure that all preservation work is carried out according to local regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historic buildings and structures in Ufa.
- Develop preservation plans that outline necessary repairs, materials, and techniques.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Oversee restoration projects, ensuring work is carried out according to plan.
- Communicate with clients on project progress and provide updates as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Keep updated records of all preservation projects for future reference.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture or a similar role.
- Knowledge of historic building materials, techniques, and regulations in Ufa is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.

Salary:
1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. However, remote work arrangements can be considered for highly qualified candidates.
