We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. Your expertise in creating delicious and visually appealing desserts will be essential in satisfying our customers' cravings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes
- Decorate and present desserts in an attractive and creative manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Stay updated on new pastry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various pastry techniques including baking, decorating, and plating
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Creativity in developing new dessert recipes while also executing classic ones perfectly
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and high standards for food quality
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree from a culinary school is preferred
- Certification in food safety is an advantage
- Proficient in Russian (knowledge of English is an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
