We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of plants, flowers, and trees in our gardens and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and trimming trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
- Maintaining garden beds by weeding and raking
- Monitoring for pests and diseases and taking appropriate action
- Installing and maintaining garden structures such as trellises, fences, and pathways
- Assisting with landscape design projects as needed
- Operating gardening equipment safely

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Gardener is preferred but not required
- Passion for gardening with knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
