Project Manager - Construction



As a Project Manager in our construction company based in Izhevsk, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal is to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the client's satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Create and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare project proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable laws
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Handle any changes or modifications to project plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
