We are seeking a skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical structures and buildings while adhering to strict conservation guidelines. You will use your expertise in architectural design and knowledge of historical construction techniques to ensure the integrity and authenticity of these structures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical structures to determine their condition and necessary restoration work.
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to conservation guidelines and regulations.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for restoration work.
- Oversee the implementation of restoration projects, ensuring they are carried out according to plan.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the restoration process.
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they stay within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct research on historical construction techniques and materials used in order to accurately restore structures.
- Communicate with clients about project progress, changes, and any challenges that arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of conservation principles, guidelines, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of historical construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different professionals.
- Attention to detail with strong project management skills.

Salary:
900 USD per month. Salary may vary based on experience.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position for Indians or Nepali nationals. The contract duration will be initially 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Experience Level:
This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience as training will be provided. However, prior experience in preservation architecture or a related field is preferred.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
