Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Acre, India. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently maneuver the equipment to complete tasks such as excavating, grading, and loading materials.

Responsibilities include:

- Operating heavy equipment according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicating with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
- Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and completing necessary paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
