IT Support Specialist - Sheduva, Lithuania

We are searching for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and resolving any issues they may have with their computer systems or software. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month
