Job Title: Web Designer



As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the websites meet the client's specifications and are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website needs and goals
- Design website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces
- Create wireframes and prototypes to present to clients
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Optimize websites for speed, functionality, and mobile responsiveness
- Use SEO best practices in design and content creation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages is preferred
- Experience with responsive design techniques
- Knowledge of SEO best practices in website design is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas (remote work may be considered)
