Web Designer


We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Kaunas. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that all website designs are functional, responsive, and meet the needs of our clients. This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new website layouts and features
- Collaborate with developers to ensure functionality of website designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval
- Ensure all website designs are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in web design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Suitable for men

Salary:
Starting salary at $1200 per month with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
