Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Liaise with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct research on new materials and technologies for industrial construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members from different backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
