Online Consultant
The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online channels
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products/services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems/software
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Prior experience with online customer support platforms (e.g. chat, email, social media)
Location: Utena, Kenya (open to other English-speaking locations)
Salary: $1300 per month
Employment type: Full-time, remote (suitable for men without experience)
