Online Consultant
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with their online orders, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Additional performance-based bonuses are also available.
Location:
This is a remote position based in Utena, Lithuania. Candidates from other locations will also be considered if they meet all other requirements.
