English Speaking Moderator

A dynamic and growing media company in Utena is seeking an experienced English speaking moderator to join our team. As a moderator, you will be responsible for facilitating discussions and ensuring that all participants adhere to our community guidelines. This role requires proficiency in the English language, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of online communities. Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred.

As our English speaking moderator, your responsibilities will include monitoring and moderating online discussions, responding to user inquiries and concerns, and enforcing our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content and fostering a positive community atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is able to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts. You must also have a strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities. Experience with content creation or social media management is a plus.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for students or those looking for additional income.
