Handyman

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Washington. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include fixing electrical and plumbing issues, repairing appliances, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains
- Repair or replace damaged appliances, doors, windows, or other fixtures
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors as needed
- Install or assemble furniture or equipment as per client's request
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Washington but we welcome candidates from all nationalities with valid biometric passports. English proficiency is required as all communication will be conducted in English.

Work schedule:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Part-time options may also be available.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this role but previous experience as a handyman or related field will be considered an advantage.
