Instrument Technician - Atlanta, USA
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial and laboratory settings. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and accurately. This position is located in Atlanta, USA and is open to all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and other electronic devices
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and precision
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with engineers to understand technical specifications and troubleshoot complex issues
- Order replacement parts as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation systems including electrical circuits, signal processing, and control systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure calibrators, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
