A reputable welding company in Atlanta is seeking entry-level welders to join their team. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together, following blueprints and instructions to ensure precise measurements and strong welds. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment to perform various types of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal materials using rulers or templates
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of the metal materials
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety regulations and wearing protective gear
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience or technical training in welding is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills
