We are currently seeking experienced welders to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures and equipment by using various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications for welding projects
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or templates
- Operate welding equipment to fuse metal parts together according to specifications
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of materials
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
