We are seeking a skilled Indian Finisher to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various finishing tasks on surfaces such as wood, metal, and concrete. Your main duty will be to apply finishes to these surfaces, ensuring they are smooth, even, and visually appealing. This is an urgent job with a salary of 1700$ per month and comes with accommodation included.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks and holes, and applying primers
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using brushes or sprayers
- Ensure surfaces are smooth and free from imperfections
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Clean and maintain equipment used for finishing
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Skilled in various finishing techniques such as painting, staining, or varnishing
- Ability to mix colors accurately
- Familiarity with different types of finishes and their applications on different surfaces
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Nationality preference for Indian candidates
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Previous experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
