We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy establishment in Las Vegas. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
- Create schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote special events or promotions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Filipino language skills are a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technology.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $1800 per month with accommodation provided.
