As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's information systems and data from cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement security measures to prevent attacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different security tools and protocols, as well as experience in risk assessment and incident response. Responsibilities:
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures

- Implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies
- Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
- Experience with incident response planning
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience with cloud-based security solutions (e.g. AWS or Azure)
