Data Mining Analyst


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining techniques and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large sets of data from various sources
- Use advanced statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns
- Develop algorithms and models to predict future trends
- Communicate findings to management and other stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining techniques such as clustering, regression analysis, and machine learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods such as time series analysis or neural networks
- Experience using cloud-based services for data storage and analysis

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (Malayalees preferred)
