Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs and plans for new construction, renovations, and remodeling projects. Your duties will include conducting site visits, collaborating with clients and engineers, creating detailed drawings and models, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalee or Kenyan languages is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Los Angeles (accommodation not provided)
