Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Akron. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
