Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data related to land, construction, and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various instruments such as GPS, theodolite, and total station
- Collect and analyze data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data
- Work closely with engineers and architects to provide accurate survey information for construction projects
- Ensure that all survey work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of all survey data collected

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven work experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in using surveying instruments such as GPS, theodolite, and total station
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret maps and plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GIS software and other mapping tools
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Kenya
