Industrial Painter

The company is seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Bungoma, Nepal. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of surfaces using different techniques and tools. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them for painting
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for flaws or imperfections
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Understanding of color theory and ability to mix colors accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
