Sales Manager - Nakuru, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities in the city of Nakuru. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by building strong relationships with clients and effectively leading and motivating your sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Nakuru area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to business development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market trends, competitors, and customer needs in Nakuru is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
