Sales Manager - Indian Nationals
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the day-to-day operations of our sales team. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management
- Train and onboard new sales team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Full-time availability in Nakuru
Salary: 1600$ per month (plus commission)
