Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor in Nakuru, you will be responsible for performing a variety of land surveying tasks to support the development and maintenance of various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather data and provide accurate measurements and maps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Prepare detailed drawings and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation
- Conduct research to obtain necessary information for surveys
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to address any concerns or answer questions about survey results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
