Blast Furnace Operator



As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. Your main duties will include monitoring equipment, adjusting controls, and ensuring the proper flow of materials. You will also be responsible for inspecting and repairing furnace components, as well as following safety procedures to prevent accidents.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of metallurgy principles and experience working with industrial equipment. This position requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work in a high-temperature environment. Experience operating blast furnaces is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
