A rapidly growing engineering company in Nakuru is looking for an energetic and motivated Entry Level Turner Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career as a Turner Technician. As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for operating various machines to create precision parts and components according to technical specifications. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in turning is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth within the company. We also provide ongoing training opportunities to further develop your skills as a Turner Technician.

This role is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Pakistani or Nepali candidates.
