Urgent Construction Manager in Mombasa, Kenya

We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent leadership and organization skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on progress, issues, and changes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards in Kenya
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. The successful candidate must be able to work without accommodation. This is an urgent position, so candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.
