Land Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and mapping land areas, providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys to identify and measure land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Preparing detailed reports, maps, and survey data for construction projects
- Using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels to collect data
- Analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to land surveying
- Managing project timelines and budgets for surveying tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, laser levels, etc.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and standards
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data collection
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
Salary:
1100$ per month
Location:
Mombasa (preference for Malayalees or Kenyans)
Employment type:
Part-time (without accommodation)

Candidates must have their own valid visa for Kenya.
