Factory Line Worker

As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line in a factory setting. Your main duties will include assembling products, operating machinery, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean work environment. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it suitable for freshers and non-native speakers. The salary for this position is $1100 and accommodation will not be provided. This job is located in Mombasa, Kenya.

To excel in this role, you must have good hand-eye coordination and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You should also possess physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods of time. Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols are also essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products on the production line according to company standards
- Monitor machinery and equipment for proper functioning
- Package finished goods accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris from machines and floors
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors immediately
