Experienced Excavator Operator in Malindi

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Malindi. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, load and move earth, rock, gravel or other materials. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance on the equipment and ensure safe operation at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid and up-to-date Excavator Operator's license
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate excavators to dig trenches, load trucks, level terrain or perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Follow safety procedures at all times and ensure a clean work area
- Complete daily logs and reports of work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding job progress and any potential issues
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Salary: 1200$ per month
