Sales Manager (Indian Candidates Only)
A reputable company in Malindi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities in our company, with a focus on the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
