We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and report on key metrics to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales team members, providing ongoing support and coaching for professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry or market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1500 USD per month (plus accommodation provided)
