Shaper for Surfboard Manufacturing in Malindi, Kenya


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our surfboard manufacturing team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating high-quality surfboards using various shaping techniques and tools.
Your main duties will include shaping and sanding the foam core of the surfboard to the desired shape and size, applying fiberglass and resin layers, and finishing the board with a smooth surface.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong eye for detail and be able to work with precision to create symmetrical shapes. You must also have knowledge of different surfboard designs and be able to follow specific shaping instructions provided by clients.
Previous experience in surfboard shaping or similar carpentry/woodworking roles is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
