Multilingual Online Moderator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Multilingual Online Moderator to join our growing team in Shan, China. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums in multiple languages. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, customer service, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums in multiple languages to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any content that violates community guidelines or terms of service
- Work closely with customer service teams to address user concerns or issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community engagement and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and policies related to online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (Chinese, Spanish, French preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month
