Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to assist with construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we prefer candidates who have experience in operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Coordinate with other team members to complete construction tasks efficiently
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of heavy equipment and their functions
- Ability to operate equipment in various weather conditions and terrains
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, any of the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment relevant to our projects
- Fluency in English or Nepali
