Office Assistant - Administrative Support (Indian Candidates Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Shan. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining files, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff members as needed. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Providing general support to other staff members as needed
