Concierge Assistant - Shan, India


We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Shan, India. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or previous experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests
- Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in Hindi
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit to handle luggage as needed
