Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our construction company in Eschen. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Your role will also involve managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Manage resources effectively to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and budgetary issues
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
