Senior Industrial Architect


A successful architectural firm in Izhevsk is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Industrial Architect to join our team. As the Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing industrial architecture projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design proposals, and oversee all aspects of the project including budget management, team coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage industrial architecture projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee all aspects of the project including budget management, team coordination, and quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or changes
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical details
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and construction methods
for industrial facilities
