Turner - Experienced in Metalworking and Machining

We are seeking an experienced Turner with a strong background in metalworking and machining to join our team in Acre. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and be able to operate various machines and tools to create precise metal parts according to specifications. The Turner will be responsible for reading technical drawings, setting up machines, monitoring operations, and making adjustments as needed. The position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine job specifications
- Set up machines including lathes, drills, milling machines, grinders, etc.
- Operate machines to shape or cut metal parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for accuracy
- Check finished pieces for quality standards and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members on projects when necessary
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in metalworking/machining industry
- Proficient in operating various machines such as lathes, drills, milling machines, grinders, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa (for non-citizens)

Salary: Starting at $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre (preferred nationality: Indian)
