We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects in the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that all technical aspects are properly executed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop building plans and designs
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with project coordination
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project proposals and identify potential technical issues or challenges
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address any technical questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on projects in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in German or another European language

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
